I don't even know if I have words to describe how heartbroken I am. We were prepared to sign the purchase contract tomorrow night with the buyers of our house...they came yesterday and brought an entourage of family with her and I guess they had questions and concerns..and ended up talking her out of buying this house. Just makes me sick to my stomach...I mean I want her and her daughter in a good place where they're happy with...and I want them to be sure of their decision, but I still wanted them to get the house. It WAS such a relief to think that we were about to sell the house. I was just about in tears this morning. Soooo, we've gone back to advertising on Craigslist. I just don't know if I have a lot of faith in realtors anymore. My last two have been HORRIBLE. So we'll see. Just saying prayers and KNOWING that with faith, it will all work out. : )
There isn't alot going on other than that.

OMGosh, I'm so sorry! We could probably swap Realtor HORROR stories.
I'm a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. Believe me, I'm not trying to poo-poo your situation at all. I just believe that we're always 'learning'.
I'll say an extra special prayer that the RIGHT buyer shows up and will once again make your HOUSE a HOME.
